Guttenberg Care Center in Guttenberg, Iowa is hiring Weekend Package Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for part-time and full-time roles on 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts. You'll provide ADL assistance, monitor residents, and collaborate with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa CNA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for activities of daily living.
• Respond to call bells and deliver excellent resident service.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, positioning, and mobility.
• Document appropriately per facility policies.
• Support resident dignity, independence, and safety.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team for quality care.
