The Blossoms at West Dixon in Little Rock, AR is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. Full-time, part-time and per diem shifts are available, including 3p-11p and 11p-7a, with a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives.

You will aid residents with daily living, provide companionship, document observations, and work closely with nurses and doctors to meet individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• CPR certification recommended to enhance resident safety.
• Compassion and dedication to resident well-being are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Document and report resident observations to the care team.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
