Job summary

The Blossoms is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with weekend shift differentials and pool pay to recognize dedicated staff.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, collaborate with the care team, and help maintain infection control and safety standards in a respectful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification recommended.
• Compassion and dedication to resident well-being.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Document and report resident observations to the care team.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
