Hickory Grove Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of licensed staff. The role focuses on ensuring resident comfort, safety, and quality care during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun).

Responsibilities include patient rounds, identifying residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting any concerns to the Charge Nurse. Must have CNA certification or be enrolled, with good English communication and compassionate

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a CNA program or have a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during CNA training.
• Desire to serve ill, aged and infirm.

Aufgaben

• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food, to assure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Assure that water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water and within the resident’s reach.
• Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
