Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The role supports resident care under the Director of CNA Services and coordinates with nursing staff to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates are certified CNAs, CPR certified, reliable drivers with transportation, and dedicated to quality life improvements through teamwork with nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well within a team environment with nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.
• Eager to gain higher level opportunities such as additional certifications or education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 basis with strong team support.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid license, and auto insurance.
• CNA certification in applicable state(s) and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate care with licensed staff to ensure appropriate care delivery.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
