Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. The role reports to the RN and supports daily living activities while maintaining infection control standards.

The position requires a CNA certification and a high school diploma, with weekend shifts and a 24-hour weekly schedule. We offer a faith-based, compassionate work environment with opportunities for growth and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or in process of obtaining certification.
• Annual continuing education credits requirement and competency testing.
• Must be medically qualified for driving functions if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Assist in transferring, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Document resident care and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
