Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Baylor CNA to join our Brackenridge, PA team. This full-time role covers Saturday and Sunday nights (3p–7a) and includes a Baylor bonus, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, basic nursing tasks under licensed staff, accurate care documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. PA CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Baylor Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents.
• Provide basic nursing care and assist with medical procedures as directed by licensed nurses.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care and services.
• Support a positive and respectful work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
