Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility: walking, transferring, positioning, and maintaining independence.
• Assist during meals with eating and drinking per dietary needs.
• Measure and record vital signs and report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and changes in condition.
