Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with walking, transfers, and positioning to maintain mobility.
• Assist with meals and ensure residents follow dietary requirements.
• Measure and record vital signs and report concerns promptly to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Ensure a safe environment and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Interact with resident families and address concerns.
