Job summary

Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-focused care team on the AM shift during weekends. You will assist with direct patient care under nursing supervision and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a welcoming facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin CNA license, demonstrates excellent customer service, and has strong communication skills. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Wisconsin and in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passion to work with the aging population.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
