St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx seeks a Weekend Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

This full-time weekend role offers Day shift pay at $25.26/hour and Evening/Night shift at $27.78/hour with a 10% differential and access to Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider. You will observe residents, assist with personal care, document intake, and support feeding and mobility while maintaining confidentiality and a safe environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current NY State Certification.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Aufgaben

• Observing Residents and reporting health issues to supervising staff.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance (baths, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Feed residents and offer nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.
