Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Encourage resident participation in group and one-on-one activities.
• Escort residents to and from activity areas as needed.
• Provide positive interaction and emotional support to residents.
• Work closely with the Activities Director and nursing staff.
