Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a compassionate CNA / Activities Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. This role blends hands-on CNA care with resident activities and engagement to ensure residents feel cared for, respected, and valued.

You will work with the Activities Director to plan and provide ongoing activity programs, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes resident well-being and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice required.
• Experience in recreational activities CNA or LTC setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings.
