Job summary

West Gardena Post Acute in Gardena, CA is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a weekend AM shift (7AM-3PM). You will provide individualized care, assist with activities of daily living, serve meals, and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires current CA CNA certification and CPR certification. Join our team to deliver compassionate care and support residents and their families in a high-quality post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Current CA nursing assistant certification.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (online course certification not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.

About the Role:
