SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a weekend certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. You will provide companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to clients in their homes, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

This role offers direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules and matching weekend CNAs with nearby clients, and employee

Qualifications

• Weekend CNA certification required.
• Experience providing companionship and personal care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
