Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Indianapolis, IN seeks a CMM Programmer to write and run programs for Zeiss CMMs, ensuring tight tolerances on complex parts. The role includes weekend Fri-Sun shifts with paid 40 hours and eligible overtime, plus on-the-job training and a path to long-term stability.

You will use Zeiss Calypso or PC-DMIS, inspect machined components, and verify accuracy with calibrated measurement tools in a modern precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• CMM Programmer with experience writing programs for Zeiss Calypso or PC-DMIS.
• Proficient in operating and interpreting CMM measurements with tight tolerances.
• Experience using precise measuring tools and fixtures in a high-accuracy environment.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Zeiss CMMs for inspection of machined and assembled products.
• Write, run and optimize tight-tolerance CMM programs (prototype to final inspection).
• Calibration/validation and correlation studies to verify measurement accuracy.
• Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun, 3x12hr shifts - Paid for 40hrs).
• Lots of overtime available (up to 2x).
