Job summary

Qualifications

• CMA certification in Texas required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of medications, treatments and other procedures as directed by licensed staff.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain accurate medication administration and resident care records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Demonstrate commitment to resident-centered care and respect residents' dignity.
