Job summary

The Summit at Germantown is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to cover part-time weekend shifts (every other weekend). You will administer medications, document care, and assist residents with daily activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Demonstrates empathy and compassionate patient care.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medication administration per physician orders and MAR.
• Document medications accurately on MAR and ensure timely updates.
• Perform change of shift reports and maintain medication cart security.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor safety during care.
