Job summary

Oranje Commercial Janitorial is hiring a Weekend Supervisor in Flagstaff to lead and perform cleaning duties across multiple sites. You will train, coach, and supervise custodial staff while staying hands-on with cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.

The role is Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts), with guaranteed 36 hours per week and mileage reimbursement between sites. A valid license and insurance are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance for travel between sites.
• Pass drug screening, background check, and E-Verify.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Occasional weekday meetings or training outside weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside custodial staff at assigned locations.
• Supervise and support custodial staff across multiple sites in Flagstaff.
• Ensure work meets Oranje’s cleaning standards and client expectations.
• Train new employees and coach team members for success.
• Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues.
• Communicate staffing, supplies, and site needs to management.
• Attend occasional weekday meetings or training as needed.
• Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
