Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a dependable Cleaning Specialist to service a hospital in the Tyler, Texas area. You will follow established checklists, vacuum, sanitize restrooms, and manage waste while keeping common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include communicating needs to the Area Manager, reporting damaged equipment, clocking in/out accurately, and assisting at other locations as schedule allows. Availability on weekends is required, with shifts from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability during the required cleaning schedule.
• Willingness to take work-related photos or videos when requested by a supervisor.
• Ability to follow health, safety, dress, and personal hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial buildings and hospitals according to established checklists and service standards.
• Create a positive experience for clients, coworkers, and building guests.
• Communicate service needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Use cleaning products safely and mix solutions at the correct ratios.
• Keep equipment, carts, and janitorial areas clean and organized.
• Report damaged or missing equipment.
