Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style.
• Requires attention to detail and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Wash windowsills, glass, and interior/exterior doors.
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects (e.g., clogged urinals, lights) to supervisors.
• Collect and properly dispose of building trash daily.
• Replace liners in waste containers.
• Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting and polishing.
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned.
