Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker for weekends in Manitowoc, WI. You will load arbors, prep surfaces for plating by vapor blasting, insert arbors for plating, and help maintain chrome bath quality while operating the shot peen machine.

Qualifications include reading blueprints and basic math. Must pass background/drug testing and E-verify. Pay is $22.00/hr (1st shift), or $22.75/hr (2nd/3rd). Shifts run Sat-Sun with potential longer days up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and perform basic math; read blueprints and measuring devices.
• Ability to run to standard after training period.
• Background/Drug Test and E-verify required.
• Weekend shifts required and flexibility to work longer shifts up to 12 hrs.

Responsibilities

• Load arbors and prep surfaces for plating.
• Insert arbor for plating and maintain chrome bath quality.
• Operate shot peen machine and perform inspection checks on rings.
• Follow Chrome Plate Job Instructions and safety policies.
