Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Production Operator for weekend shifts to run a variety of machines and support a rotating cell environment. The role emphasizes setup, quality checks, and adherence to safety policies.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; background check and drug test may apply. The position offers weekend schedules (Sat-Sun) with potential for longer shifts up to 12 hours where available.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a rotating weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines such as O-Mark, Laser Mark, Gap Automat, End-Gap Brush and Degrease.
• Visualize and wrap rings to standard visual outlines.
• Set up gauges and perform required inspections on rings.
• Work in a rotating cell and cross-train for SQC tasks.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Must be able to run a variety of machines including: O-Mark, Laser Mark, Gap Automat, End-Gap Brush and Degrease


• Ability to visual and wrap rings to the visual standards outlines in the JI


• Set-up machines and run to standard


• Ability to set up a variety of gages and perform the required inspection checks on the rings


• Work in a rotating cell environment


• Willingness to cross train & perform SQC tasks


• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices


• Adherence to the Job Instruction for the operations within the Cells 2, 3, 4


• Observe all safety policies


• Any other duties as assigned

$22.00/hr

1st: 7am-3pm Saturday and Sunday

$22.75/hr

2nd : 3pm-11pm Saturday and Sunday

$22.75/hr

3rd: 11pm-7am Friday night and Saturday night

All shifts will have an option of working longer shifts - up to 12 hrs, as they may be available.
