Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8 in San Francisco. You’ll lead sessions, set up fields, and use Soccer Shots’ clear curriculum to foster confidence and teamwork. This role offers evolution opportunities and a supportive community.

No visa sponsorship is available; local candidates preferred. Training is provided and the schedule offers mornings, afternoons, and selective Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Set up and break down fields and equipment for each session.
• Promote character development through positive reinforcement.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about sessions and progress.

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part‑time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2‑8.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Schedule

• Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
