Job summary

Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and document care in our records.

We offer up to $25/hour for all shifts, plus FT and PT sign-on bonuses of $4,000 and $2,000, a gift card for interviewing, and benefits including tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• NJ CNA certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and interactions.
