Job summary

St. James Manor & Villas is seeking Weekend CNAs to join our compassionate care team. You’ll provide hands-on personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and uphold safety and infection control standards in a warm, home-like environment.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication as you support residents and their families. This role offers weekend shifts within an Extended Care affiliated facility. Join us to make a real impact on daily living and recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (per state regulations).
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must meet Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Strong CNA skills and bedside manner.
• Positive, friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to connect well with residents, families & visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Follow safety and infection control standards to protect residents.
• Maintain a calm, confident demeanor under pressure on shift.
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best daily.
• Encourage residents to engage and participate in daily activities.
