Job summary

Lakewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Illinois seeks a dedicated CNA to join our extended care team. You will provide personal care, assist with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning, and help residents stay independent with a compassionate, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.

CNA Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
