Job summary

Reston Limousine is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor for the Sterling, VA area. This role oversees driver performance, contract compliance, and DOT rules enforcement, with an emphasis on weekend coverage (Saturdays and Sundays, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

The successful candidate will manage schedules, monitor routes, and provide solutions for daily operational challenges while ensuring safety and service quality. A CDL with passenger endorsement and a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and company policies and procedures.
• Valid CDL with Passenger endorsement.
• Valid medical DOT card.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manage drivers (timeliness, routes, dress code, driver paperwork and daily passenger logs).
• Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily situations.
• Fill in for drivers if/when there are call-outs or vacant routes.
