Basic Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Role may require a CDL with specific class and endorsement

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of prior experience as a passenger shuttle driver is preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport, load, and unload passengers at designated locations
• Ensure safe operation, including handling of specialized equipment for passengers with needs (e.g., wheelchair lifts)
• Assist with luggage loading and unloading
• Regularly inspect vehicles for safety and perform routine cleaning and maintenance
• Assist patrons at airport locations and lots
• Record vehicle conditions and damages using electronic or manual methods
• Provide excellent customer service, respond courteously to inquiries, and give directions
• Follow and coordinate bus evacuation procedures as needed
• Report incidents or claims immediately to management
• Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and logs
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfect shuttle after each use
• Perform pre- and post-inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT standards
