Job summary

The role involves weekend rotation, potential extra shifts, and opportunities for mentorship and specialty recognition within a leading rehab program.

Qualifications

• Minnesota OT license required or valid temporary license.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Master's degree in OT preferred; NBCOT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients and families to develop an individualized care plan.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Develop, implement, and adjust an individualized plan of care based on patient status.
• Document care and ensure billing standards are met.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers and support discharge planning.
