Our franchise organization, Humble GC, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest’s experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Cashier / Host’s interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Requirements:

• Must be available on weekends.
• Hours will vary from 20-40 hours per week depending on needs.

Guest Service Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter and offer a sincere invitation to return.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Process To-Go orders.
• Be friendly and courteous on the phone.
• Follow position responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
• Know the buffet items, menu, and prices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Help ensure buffet setup and labeling are correct; clean buffets and surrounding areas.
• Follow local health laws.
• Perform duty roster and ensure standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

• Inform management when cash needs to be deposited to reduce theft risk.
• Ensure cash drawer balances with paperwork.
