Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a TAPS Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.
• Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol policies.
• Knowledgable about menus and specials.
• Take, ring in, and serve orders to customer specs.
• Use POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services.
• Handle monetary transactions with attention to detail.

• Communicate clearly with restaurant staff.
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties.
