Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with TAPS Card and Anchorage Food Worker Card.
• Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol policies.
• Know menus and specials thoroughly.
• Take and ring orders accurately to customer specs.
• Use POS systems efficiently and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with products and service.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Open, close, and perform side duties; support fellow staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
