Job summary

Great Western Dining Service, at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, is seeking a friendly cashier to manage POS transactions and greet guests, supporting smooth dining service.

You will maintain a pleasant, professional manner, handle charges accurately, prepare the dining room for meals, and assist with utensil and station setup.

This role also covers tea and coffee service, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, completing HACCP logs, and upholding a clean, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, kind, and welcoming attitude toward customers.
• Operates electronic cash register/POS, entering correct charges, collecting accurate amounts of money or debit/credit card payments and providing correct change to customers.
• Complete AM HACCP Logs.
• Prepare the dining room for the start of meal service.
• Make tea and coffee for each meal service.
• Clean & sanitize the dining rooms surfaces, equipment, workstations and all tables throughout all meal service.
• Assist in setting up meal stations with entre accompaniments or utensils.
• Other duties as assigned

Cashier

Great Western Dining at our Northern Oklahoma College - Tonkawa location is looking for a cashier. The cashier is responsible for operating the cash register or Point of Sale Station (POS), including cash and credit card transactions.
