Job summary

Home Instead in Texas is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors on weekends. You will provide personalized care, companionship, and essential daily activities while respecting clients’ dignity and independence.

Weekends offer higher pay on shift differentials, and you can work as Full-time or Part-Time. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred, with flexible scheduling and paid training available.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Clear communication with clients in a friendly manner.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; background checks and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors and assist with daily activities.
• Ensure safety and dignity in daily routines.
• Communicate with clients and their families to tailor care.

Minimum Requirements Include

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Must be at least 21 of age
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license, car and valid auto insurance
