Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Availability for weekend shifts, including potential 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Initiative, empathy, patience, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding and daily needs focusing on safety and independence.
• Cognitive Support: provide dementia care, offering reassurance and emotional comfort.
• Companionship & Household Support: prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and build relationships.
