Job summary

Oakmont of Orange is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living tasks and essential care. Weekend availability is required, and the role is PT with a pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Health screening and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
