Home Helpers of Germantown is seeking dedicated Part Time Caregivers to assist clients in Memphis, Olive Branch, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship, with emphasis on safety and client comfort.

We welcome caregivers with a heart to serve others and provide on-the-job training, supportive office staff, and weekly pay. Seasonal overtime and advancement opportunities are available for reliable team members.

Qualifications

• Personal care experience with a private client, family member, or home health caregiver.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes as needed.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance per client care plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as applicable.
• Offer companionship and social interaction to clients.
• Maintain client safety and report changes to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Personal care experience either with a private client, a family member or an employee of a home healthcare agency.

Ability to care for other individuals in various capacities that may include but not limited to the following based on respective care plan for each client:

• ensuring overall safety of client
• potential light housekeeping
• potential meal preparation
• companionship
• Drug Free Work Place
• assisting in personal care and/or personal hygiene

Ability to clock in/out of shifts from a mobile device

Please note that healthcare positions working with seniors require those hired to pass a nationwide criminal background check, abuse registry check as well as drug screen and motor vehicle history.

Caregivers are required to have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, along with a valid driver’s license.
