Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or proof of completion or current enrollment in a training program.
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory).
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

IMMEDIATE NEED: 4:30-8:30PM Saturdays and Sundays in Everett. Caregiver should be available for both shifts. Caregiver should be comfortable using a Hoyer and comfortable around pets.
