Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life. This is an independent contract position paying $15.00 per hour.

Schedule: Saturday 9:30am-8pm, Sunday 3:30pm-7:30pm

You will be a good fit if you:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promoting communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Completing daily progress notes

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
• Proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
