Home Instead in Charlottesville, VA is seeking caring staff for weekend shifts. The role focuses on companionship, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, personal care, and light housekeeping. You can work Saturdays and Sundays with a flexible schedule and weekend differential.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience or related credentials, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and must pass background checks. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP credentials, or willingness to train.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and light exercise.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Support personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping and occasional transportation.
