Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers for weekend shifts in clients' homes. Competitive pay ranging from $19 to $24 per hour, plus on-demand pay with Tapcheck, and flexible schedules (day, evening, and overnight).

We provide paid orientation and ongoing training in a supportive team environment, with opportunities for career growth and meaningful, life-changing work on weekends. Weekend-only or both weekend and additional shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Active HCA or CNA certification preferred (or ability to obtain required credentials).
• Weekend availability required.
• Pass background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes.
• Help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
