Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to help seniors maintain independence in their own homes in the Greater Cleveland area.

As a caregiver you will provide daily living support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance while following care plans. We offer weekly pay, paid time off, 401K, and a range of benefits; opportunities for growth in a caregiver-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff
