Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Escort clients to appointments and monitor health changes.
• Report changes in client's health status to supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
