Job summary

Twin Oaks Assisted Living in New Castle, KY is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our weekend team. You will provide routine daily care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and help maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life for our residents.

No prior caregiving experience is required and training will be provided. This part-time weekend role offers flexibility and a chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and assistance to assigned residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to their individual needs.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
• Follow resident assessments, care instructions, and facility policies.
• Communicate appropriately with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition or needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work cooperatively with the entire care team.
