Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking Weekend Caregivers to support elderly and vulnerable clients in Northeast Tennessee. You will provide ADLs assistance, medication aid, meal prep, companionship and light housekeeping as outlined in each client's plan of care.

This role offers multiple shift options (8, 10, 12 hours; full-time, part-time and PRN) with daily pay and benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certifications preferred.
• Good communication skills and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per client plan of care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with medication reminders, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and maintain logs in agency system.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies.
