Job summary

Open Arms Solutions is seeking weekend caregivers to deliver one-on-one at-home care for older adults in the United States. Weekend shifts include 6, 8, or 12 hours, with opportunities for consistent weekend assignments.

You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, support safe mobility, help with meals and light tasks, and observe clients to report any changes to the care team. We offer competitive starting pay, paid training, bi-weekly pay, paid time off, health benefits

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Strong communication and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention at clients' homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe clients, report changes to the care team.
