Job summary

Right at Home is hiring a Full-Time Caregiver to provide in-home senior care. You will help with daily activities, meals, medications reminders, and mobility, while offering companionship and support to maintain independence at home.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, safe transfers, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity - assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care - prepare simple meals, keep living spaces clean.
• Medication & Wellness - provide reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship - chat, play games, accompany clients on errands.
• Light Exercise Support - assist with stretches or PT routines as directed.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
  


• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
  


• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
  


• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
  


• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
  

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
