Right at Home Peachtree City is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to join our in-home care team in Griffin, GA. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support clients to stay safe and independent in their own homes.
We value reliability, empathy, and clear communication. Our caregivers receive flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive local team.
Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and PCAs to join our professional caregiving team. For more than seven years, we have had the privilege of helping individuals in our local community remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.
Caregiving is more than completing a list of tasks. It is building trust, preserving dignity, providing companionship, and giving families peace of mind. We are looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of an organization that respects, supports, recognizes, and invests in its caregivers.
We believe exceptional client care begins with taking care of the people who provide it. Our goal is to give caregivers the flexibility, communication, training, recognition, and support they need to succeed.
We understand that in-home care can involve challenging or unfamiliar situations. We want our caregivers to feel prepared, supported, and confident - not simply handed an address and left to figure everything out on their own.
Eligible employees may have access to voluntary and supplemental benefit options designed to provide additional protection and peace of mind:
Benefit availability, eligibility, coverage, employee costs, waiting periods, and plan terms may vary. Complete plan information is provided to eligible employees.
As a Right at Home caregiver, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Client-specific tasks are performed within the caregiver's qualifications and permitted scope and may require training or instruction from a Right at Home nurse.
Technical skills matter, but who you are as a caregiver matters just as much. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, respectful, patient, communicative, and professional. Successful caregivers show up when scheduled, communicate when something changes, respect each client's home and preferences, protect dignity and privacy, and follow the established plan of care.
Experience in the following areas is especially valuable:
Every client is different, and every caregiver brings different skills, experience, availability, and personality to the relationship. Whenever possible, we work to create successful client-caregiver matches based on care needs, experience, skills, scheduling availability, location, and compatibility.
The goal isn't simply to fill a shift. It's to create a caregiving relationship that works for the client, the family, and the caregiver.
If you're a compassionate and dependable CNA or PCA who wants meaningful work, flexible opportunities, and a team that values and supports its caregivers, we'd like to meet you.
Your care matters. Your time matters. You matter to our team.
