Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is currently hiring compassionate Caregivers in New Jersey to provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Caregivers will follow individualized care plans, assist with meals, provide medication reminders where appropriate, and participate in ongoing training. Sunday availability is specifically requested to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a New Jersey HHA License.
• Sunday availability required.
• Provide personal care, companionship and social engagement.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with families.

• Providing personal care, companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
• Supporting clients with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Assisting with meal preparation based on client preferences.
• Offering medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Delivering reliable, punctual care for every assigned shift.
• Performing other related duties as needed to support client well-being.
